IAS-RSM Mexico

The IAS (International Academy of Sciences), or AIS (Akademio Internacia de la Sciencoj), because of its Esperanto acronym, is an international academy which gathers scientists from the whole world with the aim of collaborating internationally and disciplinarily in investigation and education through the International Language Esperanto.

The IAS is composed by: 1) Scientists and investigators who live in the Republic of San Marino, and 2) recognized university scientists and investigators from the rest of the world, who contribute to international scientific collaboration.
Among the activities the IAS does are: 1) organizing scientific conferences; 2) taking university exams, with bilingual dissertations (in national and international languages); and 3) elaborating international criteria for academic degrees.

The IAS is divided in four sectors: scientific, technological, artistic, and administrative.
The scientific sector of the IAS consists of six sections:

1. Cybernetic.
2. Humanistic.
3. Structural Sciences.
4. Philosophy.
5. Nature Sciences.
6. Morphological Sciences.

Among its objectives is to make reality the dream of academics of using an easy and logical language like the International Language Esperanto.
The essence of the IAS is to be an institution free from the great political world poles, which represents without intermediaries the scientists from the entire world who use the International Language.

The IAS’ headquarter is in the oldest republic in the world, and the oldest country in Europe: San Marino, founded in September 3, 301.
San Marino is a small, neutral country, distant from the political world blocks, which allows it to call to a peaceful and equally leveled collaboration from scientists in the world in the IAS framework.

Honorary senators of the IAS are: 1) Professor Dr. Reinhard Selten, Nobel Prize in Economy in 1994 and founder member of the IAS; 2)Professor Chen Yuan, Vice-president of the Chinese Commission of Writing Reform; and 3) Dr. Fausta Morganti, San Marino Minister of Public Education who officially founded the IAS In 1985.
Ex-president Mikhail Gorbachev is an honorific professor of the IAS from 1996.
In February 2, 1999, an autonomous branch of the IAS was founded legally in Mexico, with the primordial aim of teaching Unitary Perception and Esperanto.
From that year, under its auspice, in Ibero-America there have been held: conferences, workshops, congresses, Esperanto courses, exams, among other activities, with the aim of fulfilling its objectives.

Under the auspice of the IAS-RSM-Mexican Branch, students of Unitary Perception from Latin America and Spain have graduated, counting nowadays with a considerable amount of professors and instructors in Holokinetic Psychology.

It is a requirement that the future professor or instructor signs an Code of Ethics in which he or she compromises, among other topics, to participate actively in the spread of Holokinetic Psychology and not to mix this teaching with any psychological, philosophical or religious school, like the ones that abound in the “New Age” supermarket.
Any student who passes the oral and written exams of Holokinetic Psychology will become a professor or instructor of the new scientific paradigm in Psychology, and will keep the status of active Instructor or Professor for three years, with the endorsement of the IAS-RSM- Mexican Branch, C.A.

In order to keep the status of active professor or instructor, it’s a requirement to present an update exam every three years for the International Academy of Holokinetic Psychology, C.A., the entity which harbors professors and instructors who fulfill the statutes and the Code of Ethics in both academies.

The person graduated from the IAS-RSM-Mexican Branch, C.A., who does not do triennial updates, will receive the status of inactive professor or instructor, until he or she does the corresponding update exam.

The Founding President of the IAS-RSM, Mexican Branch, is Dr. Ruben Feldman Gonzalez, pediatrician, neurologist, psychiatrist, initiator of Holokinetic Psychology, nominated to the Nobel Prize in Peace from 2002, and the one who coined the concept of Unitary Perception, to refer to that brain function inactive for thousands of years, and recovered by the educator Jiddu Krishnamurti in the twentieth century.

The concept of Unitary Perception has a scientific founding in the concept of Holokinesis by Professor David Bohm, from the University of London, in the concept of holographic or holonomic memory by Karl Pribram from Stanford University, in the hologram technology, in John Bell’s mathematical theorem, as well as diverse experiments carried out about sleep, among others.

Dr. Ruben Feldman Gonzalez has said that “Unitary Perception is the most important fact of human mind and the least known. It is not a theory. It is peace, communion and regeneration. It is the end of conflict. Unitary Perception is the full awakening from the nightmare we have made of everyday living. It is not enough to define Unitary Perception; it is necessary to study the Written Work in order to incorporate it to one's own life constantly without distortion. Unitary Perception is the form of true life that human kind needs right now.”
